"ConsultantPlus: Basic Documents" is a non-commercial project of the ConsultantPlus company.

The most requested legal information is available in the application at any time: the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the codes of the Russian Federation, the main legal acts of federal legislation, reviews of new documents and reference materials.

In addition, on weekends and holidays, as well as in the evening on weekdays, restrictions on access to the extended document database have been lifted for users, and these are:

• federal legislation of the Russian Federation;

• Legislation of Moscow and St. Petersburg;

• arbitrage practice;

• financial advice;

• bills, international legal acts and other documents.

The search understands colloquial words and generally accepted abbreviations (koap, gpk, gk rf 2023, uk, nk, upk, vat, uk rf 2022). For example, you can type "tk" instead of "labor code" or "personal income tax" instead of "personal income tax." Briefly describe the situation, as in an Internet search engine, and start to study it (for example, “mandatory audit of small enterprises”). You can also use abbreviations when searching for a specific part of a document, for example, “Art 158 ​​of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation” or “Art 77 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation”.

An advanced search will help you find documents by known details (the date of adoption of the NLA, the body that adopted it, the type of document: law, draft, resolution, etc.). Texts are available in any edition, even with changes that have not entered into force. Using the i button in the margins, you can get clarifications (additional documents) to a paragraph or article of a document.

Navigating large documents (such as civil, tax or criminal codes) will help the table of contents and search in the text of the document. From the reference to the document, you can clarify the features and procedure for its application, the period of validity of the current edition.
